Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at FNDesigns.net operated by F&N Designs.

We carefully examine each item before shipping it to you to insure that it is up to our standards. Returns and refunds are not accepted or issued unless a review of the item by us reveals it to be substandard. 

After we receive a returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and determine if it was substandard when it was shipped. If in the unlikely event that a refund is due it will be processed and your purchase refunded. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
